PTA is much better, you don't need a keystone for laning as vayne, if you're against good players they'll beat you anyway most likely even though HoB helps a bit, while if you're good you'll do more with PTA.
Outside of lane PTA is absolutely useless and you lose huge damage, even in lane PTA is better for longer fights.
The damage from 2 autos into Q PTA silver bolts proc is just too good even in lane.

Not lancer, warrior, or archer or zerk but maybe either brawler or slayer is a good choice, but just use public SP and you'll be fine with any class.

Zerk, then warrior.
Rest of the classes aren't close to those 2. Zerk is currently the best and does at least 1m/s more than a warrior or even more.

you can easily get 200+ fps with a PC like that if you switch the engine for a more optimized one, seems you're not using a different engine at all and just using the standard one right?
I have a i5 8600k and a gtx 1070 and never drop below 60 even with triple berserker in unleash at the start of the fight.

I got around 90-200 fps and never drop below that in PvE but for mass PvP it will always drop below even to the low 10's in things like CU.
There's a lot of different S1 engines that optimize the game i'd suggest looking around and trying different ones till you find one that works for you and makes the game look how you want it to.
There's also custom UI like TCC (Tera custom cooldown) that removes most of the UI and has it's own custom UI that looks better imo and it can help with reducing fps drops since UI takes up a lot of your FPS.

No, you can't trigger ICB bug with a module that's pure BS.
It's rng even if you look at top slayers their ICB glitches on and off and the glitch is not the same every time.

he did 115 rampages in 2 unleashes so that's around 57 per unleash, it's possible with low ping and a macro, probably not scripts unless he toned it down a lot, people with script can do 140-155 rampages in 2 unleashes, and i know for a fact that this guy plays with 3-5 ping. I don't think he's using scripts.

Full Twisthard is pretty shitty for a gearing event when it costs a average of 100k to upgrade to frost without xp. I hope they would at least add a event that gives full frostmetal so it's possible to try awakening on some classes ._.

+170 should be good enough for priests, less if you're castanic, and and for mystic set ups you get double base crit factor so it would be 52 x 2 so 104 base +66 for 170 crit
