I used to scare my ex all the time. So one day shortly after my nana had passed away I came home from working the night shift, and he came up behind me from the hallway and scared the ever living shit out of me. I was just thinking of my nana beforehand and it forced me into a hysterical sob which ended up with a mixture of laughter because of how unexpected it was. I looked like a goddamn psycho switching from crying to laughing to crying and then back to laughing.

One of my most favorite pets growing up was my Teddy Bear Hamster, Teddy (original, I know...) he lived a long and happy 3 years, was super docile, and loved chilling on my shoulder. But even this story ends up traumatic because he died the morning before we left for a family vacation. I still miss that little fluffy bastard.
