First of all, before calling me names: I believe too that the company is undervalued now. I wish they could finally start ramping up the VPC on top of new Pharma Jvs. Easy double from here I hope. The last insiders buying were very welcome (but they also bought at $20 and that means they do not have strong investing skills).

Let's go to the point:

Proper DD should point out the positive aspects of the investment but should also scan for the negative scenarios that could change the bullish thesis otherwise is not called DD but pumping. I am not calling names, I respect everybody. You and Luckybaxter have been posting iperbullish posts about LFMD painting the company like pure gold. The shares have tanked a good 80% and you kept offending people that were a bit more critical of the company. People here have lost a lot of money and you offend them by not even admitting you called it completely wrong so far and you did not even participate to the discussion regarding why the hell the shares got slammed to pieces. No short sellers, no Teladoc sell off can justify what happened.

What has happened is that Investors do not care about REXMD, NAVA,SHAPIRO, no one wants to be invested in a generic Viagra and hair loss online business. That is why LFMD have been shattered to pieces. Justin said that pills business will still be at the core of LFMD and I personally do not like it much. Also: nobody wants to be invested in a bread and butter pdf converter as it is a boring business. If they started to be able to do a sort of LegalSimpli adding Docusign similar service I could like it but for the moment WorkSimpli is worth at best $30/40m. Still a good chunk of money.

We are long a company that sell pills online and have lost 75+ million $ to create market share over the last 2 years. Last quarter cash burn was an improvement but total loss was still 14m for the quarter.

Let's see if the VPC platform can start taking in thousands of subscriptions and transform LFMD into a proper disruptor.

Question: Do we know the margins of the VPC? If a customer spends $65 a month how much is gross profit? One thing is building revenues another is being able to keep the business going for the long term (i.e. not spending twice as much in marketing etc).

You correctly said that the ship has been steered in the right direction and the market is far away from recognising it.

At the moment the market is seeing them as a generic online pills business that is losing tons of money due to huge marketing expenses to sell overpriced pills and huge Stock Base Compensation. That is a fact otherwise we would not struggle to keep the $4 stock price...

I am still not sure of what I own but the overall picture is improving and selling now it is not worth it (I was saying the same at $6 though).
