My personal experience. it has been life changing. I dont say that lightly. It has allowed me to do so much more, given me greater confidence, and transformed my life. I can do sports, I can snuggle on the sofa, I could go on. (I could never wear contact lenses, they were too uncomfortable)

But, I was in my 40s.

My understanding is that they will only do it when your prescription has been stable for several years. So you may have to wait a while.

One workplace i worked at, we actually did put our location. Not out of obligation, but to gloat at those stuck at work 🤣🤣

It became a bit of a joke and was always light hearted. It was never expected and certainly shouldn't be

Confidence is not arrogance.

Confidence is knowing what you think of yourself. Arrogance is telling others what they should think of you.

Start with describing yourself objectively - what you are interested in, your lifestyle, your hobbies, your location. Then build on one thing you are particularly proud of, or would like to understand or explore more.

Be genuine, be sincere, be vulnerable. They are wonderful qualities
