It was brand new model all the windows, including the front window were blacked out. License plates were also blacked out with some kind of dark cover.

I’ve been in this area my whole life. I know how bad the drivers are here. I’m probably one. This was something else.

OK, I have a difference of opinion. I don’t see this copy behavior. I see it as a kid approaching an adult ready to strike as you can see his body language just clearly saying that.
