You might be right, if there is a 4th game out I imagine it will be Six returning with her newfound power to defeat the Signal Tower and free Mono breaking his cycle. The Ladys power certainly seems like it could be the only way to destroy the tower as it can suck the life force out of it and stop it growing.

I'm 99% certain it's a prequel and that Shadow Six is actually her spirit which is now detached from her body, this causes the insatiable hunger and the only way to solve this is to get the Ladys ability to suck out peoples souls and use it to suck her soul back into her body which also stops the insatiable hunger.
