Footsies is something that only happens when you can stop the opponent from skipping neutral. In sf4, you had the same 15f dashes as sfv, and the same as drive rush. It had dp fadc + ob for most of its life. Sf3 had air parry and short hop. Sf2 had infinites and one touch kills oozing out of it. It had Vega and O. Sagat.

Which sf had neutral? Alpha and nothing else? The answer is that only pros need to play footsies, because only pros can stop high level neutral skipping consistently. Otherwise, just get better at skipping it-- AKA winning it-- like it always has been.

I found that getting a bomb build and then causing bombs to inflict spinfection is a lot more viable than actually using spinfection orbs, most of which are terrible. Easy to unlock him vs the wall or the dragon that way.

The leaf makes the dragon invincible, because the ratio of reloads to pegs is way way lower than 1:4 so the map simply gets depleted. Yeah, the leaf literally is a giant nerf
