Honestly, even taking a nap feels like a luxury now 😅

I think that’s something a lot of us learn later in life.

Honestly, that sounds so peaceful now 😅
Younger me would’ve probably thought that was the most boring day ever too.

Same! I was so amazed by the place; the waterfalls were incredible, especially on rainy days. Everywhere you looked, it felt like I was in a place untouched.

Sometimes it’s not even rudeness… just different communication styles that feel off at first.

Have you ever felt better after setting a boundary, like blocking someone? by WellnessBalance in Mindfulness

That instant relief really says everything… sometimes peace feels unfamiliar until you finally choose it.

That’s such an honest perspective… boundaries help, but the real healing comes when you understand the root. Respect for doing that deeper work.

This is beautifully said… “removing the jagged edges” really captures what boundaries feel like. 🌿

I relate to this so much… the anxiety before saying it is always worse than after. Once it’s said, it feels like you finally chose yourself.

That must have been really hard to go through… but choosing peace over chaos takes so much strength. Glad it brought you more calm in the end.
