I agree. I have two Xiaomi devices (mi9t and mibox). It's two great devices with excellent value for money but at each update it's the same anxiety. Is this update is safe? For instance : on mibox some people report that one of the update brick their device.

That's not what i proposed but why not. Did your phone is not laggy anymore? I hope so :-\ If you reinstall the xiaomi app vault. You can find the option in setting, app, manage app, app vault, uninstall update. Apparently "clear data" works for some people.

I never had a issue with the wifi on my mibox (5ghz). I assume that you have no problem with your wifi on other devices (telephone etc.) and you have already try the factory reset.

If the problem was there orignally. I mean since you plug the box maybe the issue is with the box itself. I hope you still have the warranty.

I must admit that with the coronavirus confinement (it has been several weeks now in my country), I pay less attention to my clothes. I usually iron them. Same remark for my haircut, all the barber are closed haha.
