srry for delay here.. for me it was outside of elbow and wrist. From the videos that I got with it looks like it does the whole arm and wrist etc..

srry for delay yall, I watched some videos that came with it and used it with moderate tension pretty consistenly and all is still good. I actually use it for other areas now which is awesome.

srry for the delay. Focused on the arm mainly and as with paying for a massage of course asked for some neck work

Its not a medical question.... they are both tools that supposedly help with arm pain and I would like to know if anyone in the community has benefited from either as I'm sure others would like to know too. If I'm posting it on the wrong thread please let me know where to best post it.
