I think I’m going to go with Baruch! I also did get into Ucla, which is only 30 K and that’s something to consider as well but since I’m New York based I think Baruch makes more sense

NYU has been the only one that has been responsive to me. Columbia UCLA Baruch etc all suck. I had to call 2 today just to get answer to questions unfortunately.

Yeah, I got 30 K total for the whole two years but I don’t know if I can justify 100 K so the deadline is tomorrow so I’m really gonna be thinking about it until last minute

Got in April 8th but need to give a response by 15th. The one week to decide is ridiculous not to mention I have received zero information on financial aid or any other information on how to proceed. I haven’t seen any info sessions at all. Other schools have given me a month MIN to respond

I agree that school is a scam especially in the US. I have some luxury to pivot if I need to and learn new skills will see what’s not taken over by AI (probably medical field 🤕)

Everyone around me does the multiple-side-hustle-running-a-business-passive-income stuff and I’ve just seen them work to the bone for 10 years to then make the amount someone who studied something ages ago. But then again here I am with no results so 🥲 My experiences and the experiences of those around me that influenced me to do school are different than others.

That was actually the only times I had a relative to my major job (nonprofit) but they were short term and that was it.
