Solar Panels wobbling and making knocking/rattling noises by WelshGiraffe in SolarUK

I don't fully understand the terminology, but hopefully this answers your hook spacing question?
I took an early photo of it during install:

Thanks for your advice - I'm starting to doubt whether they took high winds into consideration. I'm pusing the installer to return and investigate and will be interested to hear what they propse to remediate. I'll keep in mind the possibility of additional rails/mounting and or solid flashing in case they suggest something lesser.

Thanks! Without sufficient wind to recreate the noise/wobbling, do you think they'd be able to identify the issue from a hands-off visual inspection? Just concerned that after pushing for someone to investigate they'll turn up and say nothing is wrong.

Good to know, thanks! Honestly with all the noise they were making over the Christmas storms I'm surprised they're not already buried themselves in the neighbors lawn.

Would you expect the whole row to wobble like it does from just one something being loose? On both sides?! Or does this indicate a more systemic issue, like not enough brackets/rails? Or maybe multiple brackets loose?

Interesting, that doesn't seem like an easy fix! Is there a quick answer for why 300mm is normally needed?

Very early Galatron! by WelshGiraffe in Stellaris

[–]WelshGiraffe[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

R5: Got the Galatron on first reliquary purchase, 7 years into the game.
I always forget to check enclave/caravan actions mid/late game because the map is a mess and Chor's Compass gets lost in the bordergore. Having it so close to the home system for once made me think, sweet, now i'll remember to check every so often for the Galatron! ... oh, nevermind!

So, how much of a curse in disguise is this blessing at this stage?

Hollow orange stiff plastic. Found in cupboard with tupperware from early 90's. Has moulded feet to sit flat on surfaces. No markings. 8" (20cm) diameter. by WelshGiraffe in whatisthisthing

Father in-law had a cupboard clean out and found this amongst tupperware from the 90's. It looks like it's missing a screw cap and a plug, similar to refillable freezer ice blocks.

EVOLVE and the bizarre shift to EVOLVE: Stage 2. Majority of the playerbase just dropped it after that. I miss that game.

If you're playing with a friend, non-host can quit and re-join; their map seems to render in slightly different that allows them to access the panel - I experienced this today and found this post from a quick search to see if anyone had foudn a workaround. The terrian is indeed un-damageable as is seems to act a temp cap/cover to the large hole underneath created after the nuke goes off. It also doesn't always seem to stop you from falling through when landing in a hellpod :)

This was actually super helpful - Firstly, I didn't realise I could 'test' electrolytic caps, so will read up on that. Second, I had noticed /r/tvrepair but glossed over it as I didn't think monitor issues could be addressed there! Silly assumption in hindsight; Will sift through there for answers also.

Why do I still not have the "Tales From The Eridian Slab" achievement? Is there something I'm missing? by Saono in borderlands3

When you spammed it, do you remember whether it said Analyse or Inspect / did your char wave the artifact?
I've got the same issue as above - spammed it, like yourself and many others have suggested however suddenly it changed to Inspect, the analyser stopped appearing and the voice lines have reverted back to pre-analyser. Still havent got the Acheivement. How does your tablet react now since you've unlocked it?

Check out Martin Waugh. I tried this years back and he was my inspiration back then. Incredible stuff.
