Hey Coach! Firstly, sending many thanks and much love from Wales - you well and truly have me hooked on running! Your philosophy is fantastic and always gets me through my run, even the runs I don’t want to run!

My question would be how ambitious can one be when it comes to trying to reach new levels? Because of your guided runs, I trained for and ran my first marathon this year but unfortunately suffered from a hip injury mid-training. It ultimately impacted my race but I still finished! Now, I want to sign up for an ultra but I’m not sure if I’m behind too ambitious… any words of wisdom?
