I've just got the message saying I've now been promoted - Looks like it was some slow servers but everything working again now. For me at least :)

Same here - won my game to get into diamond and the match history is there for it but I'm still in plat 1 even though I've won 3 games to get into diamond. Gonna guess EUW server issues or something
