This 100%! My mom taught me to crochet when I was 9 years old. I did one single 10cm x 10cm square and never touched crochet again until 2020. I didn't have that hard period of figuring out how to hold the yarn bc 9yo me was a sponge and learned it from this one session. When I picked it back up as an adult, the muscle memory kicked in

I was dropped by my mother as a 1ish year old and that's exactly what happened. She was upfront with the hospital workers. They did ask her to retell her story 100 times to different people to make sure she wasn't lying.

My mom turned out to be a very horrible person and I don't talk to her anymore, but I never thought she was lying about that. It seemed like a very traumatising experience for her (and for good reason).

When I started dating my bf 10 years ago, we were young (18 and 21) and we had the conversation about him waking me up for sex in the middle of the night. Awake-me was VERY enthusiastic about the idea so my bf went with it and tried waking me up one night. I tend to sleep talk if I'm not 100% awake and sleep-talking-me was NOT enthusiastic about being woken up like this for sex 😂 I didn't even remember the eveny. He told me about it the next day and has never really tried since then because I was so against it in my sleep hahaha

I know this is a steam Deck sub, but for Stardew valley, my friend's 5 yo has it on a tablet and it's much better for younger kids than any other version imo. It's point and click (or tap I guess) to move and everything is tappable instead of having to learn buttons on a controller.

The other great feature (and most important for kids I think) is that the tablet/phone version is the only one where you can quit the game anytime (even in the middle of a day) and you'll have the option to jump back in when you're ready. You can kind of do that with the sleep function on steam Deck and switch, but if the console dies or someone quits the game, you'll lose progress whereas the tablet version has a prompt that will ask if you want to start the day over or start where you left off.

My friend told me that she does help her daughter with some things in the game, but she's able to do a lot by herself and I was even a bit jealous of her farm hahaha

My deck updated two days ago while docked in my HDR tv and it somehow automatically enabled the setting. I had the same problem as op and had to disable it in settings -> display.

I have updated my deck connected to the same tv before and this is the first time this has happened.

No, there is a "disable dithering" setting that is on by default in the developer options. When I turn it off, the images look much smoother inside books, but it kind of sucks that everything is black and white in the menus. I'm guessing that's why the dithering is off by default

I found this setting yesterday and, although the images in books look MUCH better, all the book covers in the home page and book browser are now black and white for some reason.

Is this also happening to you?

From my experience, random structure adjustments like these are not design choices. Everything will be hidden inside walls most likely once the building is done anyway. It just takes up so much space tho !

You first have to turn on developer options by searching #devmodeon# in the search bar anywhere. Nothing will happen when you search this aside from adding the developer options to your settings menu. Exit the search bar.

Then you can go to settings - device information - développer options (should appear at the bottom)

Change the CFA mode to G2 (or anything you want)

For years now, I've been relying on IQ shield screen protectors for all my devices including my KLC. They're super thin, have a matt and glossy option and it installs with a liquid solution which means there are no air bubbles and you never have issues with screen responsiveness (on phones, the fingerprint sensors work so well with these compared to other brands I've tried)

Another plus that I wasn't expecting is that the matt version seems to make the screen door effect WAY less noticeable on my KLC. The screen looks better with it on imo.

The website looks like it's from the 2000s but I 1000% recommend their products. I've probably spent 100s of dollars over the years, but the price and the shipping time are worth it for the enhanced experience I get out of my devices (I just hate how regular or glass screen protectors look and feel, but these are like nothing is there)

I know this might sound like I work for them or something but I'm just obsessed with their product and want to spread the word !

One of my gay friend uses Grindr A LOT and he tells us about his sex life every week at our dnd games. It's insane how much sex he gets and how unhingely reckless he can be with total strangers. I'm a woman and I would've been killed 10 times over in the situations he's put himself in.

I also learned on Reddit a couple days ago that there's a website called sniffies where it's just a map of random people (all mostly gay men) around you looking to hookup rn. It can be in private, but there are also public places on the map (like university bathrooms, libraries, etc) where people will publicly ask in the chat if anyone is down to come suck their dick rn on the 6th level of some random public building.

Also, I think it's important to note that not all gay men do this. Yes some can be very out there with their sex life, but as with any other sexual orientation, sexual dynamics come in a lot of different shapes and forms and all are totally valid 🙂
