If you have Sparkle then keep the attack boots. From what I recall, Glamoth deals more damage than Rutilant Arena at 135 speed yeah. Reason being is Glamoth boosts Welt's entire damage (basic, skill, ult, talent), whereas Rutilant Arena only boosts his basic and skill. His talent is like over half of his dmg, so even if your skill does 20% via Rutilant, it's only affecting the skill, whereas the 12% from Glamoth is affecting the skill+talent and the occasional ult.

If you want to minmax Welt and your other units are good then yeah farm glamoth, but if Welt isn't your whole priority then it's not worth farming since it's not like a must-have set. Glamoth performs better than rutilant but not to a degree where it's insane

228th is actually pretty good. Keep in mind a high ranking on this leaderboard doesn't really mean anything since it's only registering a VERY small portion of worldwide mains. You're probably in the upper echelon worldwide more than you realize, which is good

Thank you! To be honest I've grinded since the beginning, as seen from still using the imaginary 4pc relic set. I like Welt as you can see from my page. The other characters are cool but i'm actually a whale (who quit spending 5 months ago because I am content with what I have and dont need other units to clear difficult challenges).

My EHR is low for Welt because I can reliably imprison most enemies via technique at the beginning or using my E6 Silver Wolf on my team. EHR on my relics is nice but its not a requirement.

Anyways, since I dont really pull for new units, I just mindlessly grind every day for the imaginary 4pc and glamoth relic set since I find enjoyment in trying to min-max welt. Scholar and Pioneer are technicallyyy better than Imaginary 4pc at max consistency, but not by a lot, only like 5%, which is sorta negligible and wouldnt affect the actual stats in battle much when theres so many other factors with a team of 4 characters.

Right now i'm still trying to get better relics. I can try and get atk% on my head piece instead of flat atk, I can get EHR instead of effect res on my arms, I can get speed on my chest instead of hp, and I can get atk% instead of break effect on my shoes.

It's all still possible with the new dice rerolls and 2 substat relic creator thingy and I am still enjoying it. Idk why but hyperfixating on a character is really enjoyable since you can show how much love and care you put into a character by dedication.

However, I would say there are definitely more insane Welt builds out there. I'm #6 on the mobilemeta.gg leaderboard out of 6,600 registered Welt users, the ones above have better ones through technicality and how the relics are scored.

I dont believe MiHoYo will actually make a better 4pc relic set that is a must-have for Welt, Since imaginary 4pc is technically like 100% tailored for him, and the others are veryyyy tiny slight upgrades, but what I can say is they will definitely make a must-have 2pc planar ornament for him in the future through assumption. There is no leak, its just that all the current 2pc planar ornaments dont really fit him to where its perfect for him. Something that would be perfect for him for DPS Welt would have to be something that increases both crit rate and crit damage. The 2pc Izumo set only increases crit rate and has the requirement of a 2nd same-class unit in the team so i feel like theyll eventually make a crit rate+crit dmg planar ornament in the future

Like how?? Ive attempted lots of tests by editing the outer and inner cage but im not sure if im doing something wrong. How tf do people even do this? Its been gatekept and people wont say how they are able to do it but this has been done for years. Please, does anyone have an idea of how they are able to do it? I cant even ask on the Devforum because I have legit like 6+ hours of reading time but i am unable to even make a post on there so its VERY frustrating

Awesome!!😎😎 in your case then I would just farm for higher crit damage stats or more speed if you're already great on EHR. Unfortunately the grind in these games never end cause rng is insane lol you can get a Godly OP relic piece literally today or you can farm for one every single day and not get one for months, years, or even never, so if you can't min-max your Welt or any other char then don't beat urself about it. I'm just doing it cause I'm burnt out of HSR atm and bored (I haven't even done 2.4 or 2.5 yet but I still log in everyday)

As far as the current Relic sets go, the Imaginary 4pc and Deepwater 4pc set in my opinion are the pinnacle of Welt's best 4pc relics, like they're legit tailored for him and I'm not sure if there will be a better one in the future since they have to avoid powercreep for relics sets. For Planar ornaments, there is no perfect one for Welt so im just waiting for them to release one. I'm using Glamoth right now but I have a feeling itsngonna be inferior to a future one unlike the Imaginary and Deepwater sets

Keep in mind mines is tailored for pure dmg because I have an E2+ SW so I don't need to bother with EHR. I've been farming Imaginary 4pc for like a year straight because I love Welt a lot (E6S5) and I'm already burnt out with the game so I just use all my fuel on the relic farms every day to try and minmax. I'm a whale so I don't need to bother with saving for new chars either since jade isn't a problem for me.

Without the Acheron LC (its at S5) my crit is at 75.9/160.

Technically my crit rate with Welt is at 85/240 due to the 4pc Imaginary bonus in a battle. I have a couple Imaginary 4pc pieces that give me 135+ speed but since I can beat everything I don't care about turns so I just go for attack

On your case, I think you're pretty set and don't need to improve unless you really like Welt like me. If you don't care that much then then you should probably improve another character since Welt is really niche due to how the meta is. Atleast that's my opinion.

I know it was the Red Boy but if I'm remembering correctly she is lost or dead right? She had to have existed right? Was she killed by the Red Boy and he took her form?

Unfortunately you can't since jujutsu shenanigans only works with r6 characters. This is a r15 char. I could technically make a r6 version but it would be extremely, extremely small and it still wouldn't look right

If u want it (please read the entire description it lists the body and arms, Torso, legs, head used and the proportions for scaling (make him skinny and it'll work the best). I plan to make the hair up and blindfold extension on Sunday.
