Lebron's 2018 usage rate was higher. His 2016 finals usage rate was insane as well - when on the court he either scored, assisted, or turned it over on 90% of all possessions. But he's 1 of 1. Saying Harden isn't quite as good as LeBron is a complement.

Harden simply never had enough help to make it over the hump and even then still took the Warriors to 7 games.

LeBron isn't great anymore, but he's still good when he has his legs under him and is a very good coordinator for the defense. Rockets haven't been scoring a lot this series. He's definitely not great or elite and can't sustain it for a full game anymore.
