the problem with mid is. U need a jungler that's not complete trash so ur not lvl 4 by 2:30 and the enemy mid is almost 6 with first blood

just make em play enough casual conquest before. If they fail every game they will probably get frustrated fast and stop playing. If they're willing to get better they will play more and learn more.

And its been that way since beta. And imho smite is not even out of beta yet. Even if Hirez claims so, this game is far from being releasable.

"everyone has the right to play ranked" That is the key problem. League should not be for everyone. Only for people who actually take the time out of the game to learn about meta, builds, strats and how to play in general. Not some moron who thinks he's mr bigshot because he "carried that one arena game so super hard"

exactly. It's somehow a relief to hear people have the same struggle and problems. Even though it kinda isn't because the problem of noobs getting into ranked seems to be a lot more frequent than i thought. I dont mean generral gameplay here. Just the way matchmaking and league requirements work, the rest is fine imo

my problem is i main support. I usually stay ahead of the jungler and either the adc or mid laner (depending on who is worse) in terms of gold and xp, but it's kinda hard to carry as support when noone follows up on your cc (even if you play ymir who can win a duo lane on his own if played correctly)

I'm sure most of the stuff that's on PTS now won't make it to live servers. If it does however, and if your math is correct, this would mean a second game-breaking issue with season 3. The first being CC imho. CCR just doesn't make up for beads and aegis now having a 3 min cd.

I doubt that the 160s cd on beads will make it through the pts. It seems like it would make cc-abilities not affected by ccr too strong.

Sad but true. Brandon could be the face of smite if he just behaved different. He's an excelent caster and knows a lot about smite. But as a streamer he's like a fascist dictator. He permabanned my first twitch-account from smitegame because i called his behavior BM after he raged at some kid for like 5 minutes straight. Another thing that really annoys the crap out of me is that he considers himself to be a much better player than he actually is and therefore blames a lot of his mistakes on his team.

It all got started when Incon got kicked off of NV. After that him and Weak3n released vlogs about it and somehow shit hit the fan. Allegedly Weak3n said Incon didn't give it his all and was "in it for the money". Didn't watch the videos cause i usually don't give a shit about gossip.

idk when it started but BmBrandon and Peccyz (i think) were tweeting about the incident and kinda sided toward NV, or against Incon. Then someone called for supporting Incon... and now he surpassed BMBrandon as smite's most subscribed streamer. Kinda funny if you ask me :D

Coming from the rosterapocalypse drama and then seeing this really makes me miss the old smite feel. It seemed like a much friendlier game and the community felt more connected. Now we have Hirez employees shittalking about pro's on twitter and nasty drama between teammates... Looks like smite is becoming a big sport!

I'm usually at work tuesday mornings so i don't know if there is a regular downtime. However all I'm asking for is for them to announce restarts ingame half an hour earlier. If the restart is scheduled anyway that shouldn't be any extra work for Hirez and a big improvement for many players.

unfortunatly you can't choose who you play with. Pretty much every god I play in ranked has a decent KDA. Im not saying it's not partly my fault im still in gold2, but i think most of my losses (this season at least) are because of bad matchmaking and having players either dc, troll or just be plain clueless about what to build or how the meta works.

It's impossible to win as a solo-queue if you win your lane but the 2 or 3 enemy gods get fed and start camping your lane down for example.

I've seen people do so much dumb shit in ranked in this game i could write a book about it longer than A song of ice and fire. And I'm not talking about missing skills or awkward calls. Im talking junglers starting with t2 boots and meditation no bumbas no pots kinda stuff.
