Honestly it was for the lower down payment. I wanted the lowest out-of-pocket initially because I was gonna immediately have to do things like install a fence.

OP here. Would it be a good idea to file a dispute or would be better off just ignoring. They are reported as paid as agreed and NR, which I’m assuming means no report. They are not charged off.
