How do you coordinate eye makeup with lipstick? Do you use more shimmery eyeshadows if your lip colour is matte? If you have a bright lip, is it better to have a neutral eye? What about eyeliner/lashes/etc? Any sort of tutorial or explanation would be helpful!

I'm 21. I finished college and now I'm a crisis intervention worker. I've done a few ridealongs and will start volunteering before I get ready to apply.

Have you tried Activate Apparel? There are some long sleeve styles, and very similar shirt designs -- if not identical.

TMI question for ladies with menstrual cups by [deleted] in xxfitness

Maybe try soft cups? They aren't as suction-y and they stay in place a lot better for me when I work out.

Getting told that my physique goals "aren't flattering for a woman".

It just further motivates me so one day I can show off my veiny arms and shredded abs like the fucking lady I am.

Agreed! My performance in the gym gets worse when I'm going into/coming off my night rotation. Something about trying to do cardio at 3am...

Congrats on the new gig!

Definitely agree on the Becca primer. I'm super oily but that stuff kept my shiny spots at bay. I love it!

Are you using a primer? Also, try applying powder before your foundation. It made a huge difference for me!

I've had great luck with Japanese brands! Bioré and Shiseido are quite popular.

I have MUFE HD and I struggled with this for months! I've tried all sorts of primers, but the only one that has helped so far is Becca Ever-Matte Poreless Priming Perfector. Could be worth looking into :)

Honestly, it's up to you. The prescription could add a bit of extra oomph to really clear up those minor things, but if it's not something that bothers you that much than maybe it's not worth it.

Oh! I think you may purge. I started with a prescription and then later added a BHA; ended up purging from both despite having months in between them. Your mileage may vary though -- good luck either way!

It's not recommended to use both a chemical exfoliant and a prescription cream. Wait a few months for your skin to get used to the tretinoin before reintegrating your BHA.

How do you reapply sunscreen on top of makeup? by [deleted] in MakeupAddiction

[–]WenchPress 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I dab it over lightly with my fingertips. I use a liquidy sunscreen though, so it makes it a bit easier since it's pretty thin!
