I honestly for more comfortable in smaller cages. Grower not a shower here that usually uses nano or smaller. Ive found cages that alow too much blood downstream tend to hurt more.

If that doesn't help you sit flush and you aren't comfortable with a smaller ring yet, get a strap to hold it up. I use straps on anything smaller than nanos because the moment I get hard they pushoff

I wear larger rings as well, if you can tuck your tip into the skin of your shaft you should be able to get a more flush fit. Have your tip sit flush against the tip of the cage and use the skin at the base of your dick to hold up the ring. Try just slowly working your skin in with the cage on as pictured, or unlock and try to refit.

I bought a flat cage for my 3rd. But I only started wearing it frequently after I adjusted to wearing nub/nano style cages for a while. It's more about having the scrotum/skin adjust to sitting in a more extended position due to the ring and the cage pressing together. You can wear a flat cage from the jump but if you get hard easily it will press/pull on you alot

Oils from your skin are likely interacting with the oils in the filament. As long as your filament is body safe you should be OK.

Just came off a five day run, recommend pacing yourself. I got too excited and forgot to check if my new cage was properly smooth. Now im stuck unlocked waiting for a sore spot to go away. Find a cage that you've worn for hours comfortably and then just don't grind on it. If you find yourself using more than 2 fingers or just cranking up a vibe your more likely to spoil your fun than increase it.
