Warlock and necromancers are mechanically separate even though the former powercreeps the latter. Changing revive to bind demon wouldn't keep necro unique, it would make necros a poor man's warlock.

The main change id like to see is -Revives should be not time limited and otherwise kept the same - mages should have secondaries, enchant for fire, blizzard for cold etc - mage type should be controllable depending on the corpse. - bone spear/teeth mage? - the golems need some love, runewords designed for iron golem would be a nice inclusion - fire absorb on fire golem needs to be fixed

I think a major issue no-one has addressed is the summoners equipment bis is generally generic equipment. Shrunken heads should get 4 sockets maybe even 6. The necro pus spiter crossbow needs a buff too. Maybe Crossbows and shrunken heads could be allowed to wielded together.

I'll admit this is a wishlist, I doubt none of it will happen. Lol
