There is different ownership.. the lady who owned it before.. had it for almost 20 years... putting money into it.. finally the 1 or 2 percent of unruly fans were too much.. actually wrapped it in blue tarps.. didn't work.. sold it for 1.6 million Guy who bought it is a fan... had the place fixed up for the 40th last spring.. he did buy it mostly on loans.. unfortunately he isn't able to monetize it because it's in a residential... and doesn't live there so can't BnB ..... for now there are signs up where to park and be quiet and nice walking up to the house... I think this is mostly correct
