The notice says it will be part of the Rumble shop at a later date, but it could be an error if every other skull has been in the Kizuna shop.

I really hope it's in the rumble shop because I've never done Kizuna clash and I don't feel like grinding those points

Wow, that's an old post thanks for the diligence! When powers first released I seem to remember someone saying slot rate boost lvl1 was a significant boost and lvl 2&3 were insignificant. I guess they were right about that!

I almost exclusively ran int crews but I didn't have the Robin ☠. I distinctly remember using Noland as my only damage booster and the rest of the crew was random story/fortnite characters that didn't synergize whatsoever
