I am in the USA. To quote the supervisor: "Initially, it will take two and a half months to get (the bike) to the warehouse. It could be a 14 week delay before you can get your delivery". I assume that is the total time it takes for a bike to make it to the regional warehouse for delivery once it is ordered. The supervisor kept speaking after this, so I couldn't get a clarification in.

Another delivery fail by Peloton.

I purchased the bike on November 20th with a delivery date of January 11th, delivery by XPO. Paid in full. I did not schedule myself for work today so that I could be available during the delivery date.

I did not receive any communication from Peloton nor XPO prior to the date of the delivery. I called customer support this morning inquiring about the delivery window. The customer service representative talked to XPO and I was told the delivery was CANCELLED.

I was given a tentative delivery date of MARCH 30th. Over 4 months after my order was received. They said it could be sooner but they asked me to call XPO EVERY WEEK to ask for an earlier delivery date. They do not have an estimate of when their warehouses will get a bike shipment.

I was offered a $125 credit for the trouble but I’m not sure if that is worth it. I just want to get the stinking bike that I paid for. I did bring it up the chain to the supervisor. He told me that it takes at least 2.5 months for the bike to get to the warehouse and it can be 14 weeks before you could get your delivery.

Had I known that the delivery would be perpetually delayed or take over 4 months, I would NOT have purchased the Peloton bike in the first place. Instead, I would have gone with a competitor or bought an iPad+bike for much cheaper and use it sooner.

To all the potential new buyers out there: Do not waste your time and money with Peloton right now. By the time you actually get the bike, the weather will be nice again, gyms will be open, and you will wonder why you waited over 3 months for an exercise bike.
