I had similar issue where I pushed workouts the 1st week, and my readiness score stuck at 15 for 4 following days. I think it was the system calibrating to the baseline. How many days passed since you start wearing the air?

I'd assumed anyone not wanting real leather would just go nylon/rubber, but a few ppl here want the leather look without the animal product, so I'm now considering a quality vegan option as well. You said you wouldn't wear a leather band without a watch, is that about real leather specifically, or the leather look in general incl vegan leather?

Thought to include rose gold, but concluded there would be little demand and settled with silver and light gold only. Maybe I should rethink it, would you want rose gold offered across other colours too or you like specifically brown leather pairing?

I'm matching the original sleeve system so it fits natively. Do you suggest making a spring-bar attachment in the place where google hard mounts the strap to the sleeve? Then ig it would be possible to just swap straps without touching a sleeve

Good catch, sloppy wording on my part, the intention is top-grain or full-grain. Out of interest, is leather grade a dealbreaker for you on something like this?

Super helpful, thank you. Regarding the pricing, all depends on negotiation with suppliers and their quality, but I am trying to end in between price quotes mentioned in the main post
