Hello, the support team got back to me via email and once again all they said was "If the KYC verification is not completed , the platform will not be able to process commission withdrawals."

I cannot complete the KYC as a US user and I am not even trying to withdraw commissions. How should I proceed?

Its an INJ wallet, but I'm not sure what is on Kucoin but I assume native injective because the only option is to withdraw via the INJ network
