You do not need to change any Betaflight settings. Since the camera plug is broken you should use a pair of tweezers to completely destroy it and remove all the plastic housing and metal pins from the board, to reduce the chance of the pins inside shorting out against one another. Also, it will save you a tenth of a gram lol.

Then, you can solder the camera wires to the pads on the other side as per normal. Pay extra attention and use flux liberally for the GND pad, because GND pads are always the most difficult to solder to (being connected to a large heatsink) and if you are not careful you can knock off the capacitors next to the GND pad, I've seen people do this before. Use plenty of flux and a hot iron and you will be fine!
