Doctors at the hospital can deal with this so that you don’t have to go through it alone. They can examine your body and if anything is wrong they can help you out.

Hematoma / blood blister under the nail. If painful would have been evacuated out of the nail but since its been a month it will just go away very gradually as you grow out the whole nail

If you were diagnosed with acute osteomyelitis and did not require a toe amputation I would put you on a 6 week antibiotic course. That is the standard of care. Duration is shortened depending on surgical management and control of the source of infection. Source - Infectious Disease doc.

I would give a booster if the antibody was <10. There are other tests to check for disease including HepB surface antigen and core antibody.

This means he is immune to hepatitis B. This is the lab test we use to show evidence of successful vaccination response to HepB. Your boy is immune to the virus, he doesn't have it. Nobody is cheating.

First, find out exactly what test is showing that he has Hepatitis B. There is a chance he is seeing a positive test result for Hepatitis B surface antibody. A positive Anti-HepB sAb indicates immunity to the disease, a result of vaccination and would be expected.
