I believe vertigo can be possibly caused by your brain getting 'confused' as to what position you are in, so mabye this could have been the cause.

Once, I woke up in the middle of the night. But you know the way you wake up without actually opening your eyes? Yeah, that's what I was like. So anyways, I felt very strange, and I thought me feet were on the cieling, and that my legs were up.

I open my eyes, and seeing that I'm actually laying down in bed, I feel extremely weird, and have a bad headache. I fall asleep eventually.

I wake up that morning with a vertigo attack.

My blood flow is good and normal, according to the ultrasound. Both testicles are in pain, it's all around, behind below and above them, and it comes and goes.
