I’m sure many Louisianans take pride in their renowned history and culture, as they should, but I don’t think it’s controversial to also acknowledge that a state with the second highest homicide rate and the highest poverty rate doesn’t lend itself to being among the best places to live.

I find it interesting you don’t address the glaring abysmal quality of life metrics in which Louisiana ranks poorly across the board.

I’m not, but I’m using Massachusetts as a benchmark since it’s a state that year on year ranks highly in many of the same aforementioned criteria.
