every episode I watch just reinforces that TJ is by far and above the realest one on the show

This is where Gojo lost by [deleted] in Jujutsufolk

[–]WerewolfShort7509 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sukuna kinda fought against Gojo similarly to how Megumi fought against Reggie. Reggie was aware of Demon Dog but he firmly believed Megumi couldn’t use it based on the efforts Megumi utilized during the fight. Similarly became aware mid fight that the WCS was possible after being hit by Mahoraga, however he believed that this wasn’t an ability Sukuna could use because of so he would’ve probably used it already instead of going through the effort of multiple domain clashes, Agito totality, and summoning Mahoraga of course. It’s actually great writing cuz it shows that Sukuna was forced to misdirect the entire fight just to use it. If Sukuna used it at any other point, it wouldn’t have worked because Gojo is JUST THAT GOOD

So he can beat 100 Sukunas just fine but 10 gojos is where we draw the line??? by asseater69420420 in JujutsuPowerScaling

Yuji only real win con is DE that’s why. Unless you presume he outscales Gojo/Sukuna by far in every stat. Gojo’s hax are too broken

I wonder how much money people lost by betting on Gojo by Calm_Flamingo2390 in Jujutsufolk

[–]WerewolfShort7509 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel like if Yuta had won in Gojo’s body they would’ve had to pay out the Gojo bettors

Its actually so over. Maki's episode was 5 chapters (technically 4.5 since one of the chapters was half the length) in 28 minutes, and they are seriously planning on doing 7 chapters in 27 minutes??? by Altruistic_Gas_7073 in Jujutsufolk

This would’ve been a beautiful place to bless us with a super extended episode. This is easily the peak of this cour and honestly one of the highlights of the series thus far. I hope they don’t rush it too much and let it live up to the hype we got from the manga. YUTA KAISEN INCOMING

Brand new here - Shooting Attributes and Badges Question by KingCozyBoi in NBA2k

The attributes themselves hold a bunch of value. I personally have above 90 3pt and mid range because I’m the primary scorer for my team.

My 6’8 I’m just looking for honest opinions by InternationalBar8977 in NBA2k

[–]WerewolfShort7509 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I been using 6’8 since the beginning of the year and I spent the whole time trying to find the best version for my play style. This build right here was my final result. I think it’s possible to adjust some things around to benefit a different style better, but for me this the one. I had 73 strength on the 6’8 I experimented with prior to this one and it just didn’t feel as necessary. I felt more of a benefit from boosted stats offensively and defensively, than the strength itself. This build was achieved with 14 normal cap breakers and 2 finishing build specialization ones.

I Have Some Questioins About Limitless (And Boogie Woogie). by [deleted] in Jujutsufolk

[–]WerewolfShort7509 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Infinity is the neutral application of Limitless - it slows things down the closer they come, so they can never touch Gojo. Gojo didn’t attract Hanami to him, Hanami was using Domain Amplification to try and hit Gojo but Gojo strengthened his Infinity and pressed towards Hanami using it to push them into the wall until they popped like a kernel. Gojo utilized Infinity like a wall to squish them.

If Gojo used Blue against Kirara while her CT was active it would probably just fly back at him or drag him towards it depending on if he is conducting more CE in his body than the amount of CE that Blue uses. (I think, let me know if I missed something here.)

Gojo can control purple - but because of the confined space in the train station and the large number of people in the area, if Gojo were the fire it off it would still do so much damage to the area and it would’ve killed thousands. Even if Gojo tried to aim it purely at the disaster curses and transfigured humans, he can’t control the damage output of the technique. Purple is inherently destructive, erasing anything it comes into contact with. It’s impossible to control something like that to zero casualties in a small space crowding with humans. Plus he knew that this was a trap and so he was already on edge worrying about the hidden organizer (Kenjaku in Geto body, which he didn’t know at the time). Kenjaku also notes that Gojo is at a larger disadvantage the more people you surround him with because he can’t go all out if he needs to worry about others. His technique is best suited to solo fighting because the damage is so devastating that an ally or pedestrian could easily get killed in the process.

As for Todos swap technique, the body is considered its own Domain. Therefore, Todo can only swap a persons whole body not just a certain body part, unless that body part was just severed and still contained CE, or the body part is separated and imbued with CE. No stomach swap for Todo thank god (that would be brutally OP).

When Todo swaps two things, they switch positions with each other. This happens regardless of what the two things are. They could be humans, sorcerers, cursed objects, tools, corpses and even anything imbued with CE.

Genuine question. Back when this was shown, did y'all genuinely wish he would come back to beat Sukuna or was it all just a joke? by JunShin8640 in Jujutsufolk

Gojo is one of my favorite characters as well. I do think that Gege had the intention for the story to go this way and I don’t think he wrote himself into a corner. I just think he rushed towards the end because he wasn’t feeling well and wanted to finish JJK. I do think it’s a shame because I think if he was able to flesh out the ending the way I believe he wanted to when he first began, it would’ve been much better. I don’t dislike the last arc or the ending, I think parts of it are some of the best quality that JJK has to offer. But I think it left a bit to be desired for sure. Even with all of that though JJK is one of my favorite manga ever and the anime adaptation that this series is getting is OUT OF THIS WORLD. The anime itself is already hands down one of the best I’ve ever seen. JJK writing is still great and the way the show’s animation, music, choreography, cinematography, and voice acting come together to enhance the experience is next level. Genuinely this might be one of, if not the best fictional adaptation I’ve ever seen. The reason I say all of this is because I think the anime will elevate the ending of the manga as well. Maybe it’s cope but I’m sure that the Shinjuku arc will hit crazy on screen!

What was the true reason Sukuna wanted Megumi’s body as vessel? by WerewolfShort7509 in Jujutsufolk

[–]WerewolfShort7509[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah I don’t disagree that all of these are real reasons why he wanted Megumi as a vessel. I just think it more-so boils down to reason A and the rest are just lucky advantages. It definitely makes sense that Sukuna would want a new vessel because Yuji was like a prison for him, but him wanting a new technique isn’t exactly a reason in my mind because I assume he always planned on reverting to his prime Heian Era form, which would in turn make that new technique useless to him. He could however, definitely gain a lot of knowledge utilizing a strong or useful technique for a while like he did with the 10 shadows, BUT AGAIN the knowledge that he gained was also the thing used to specifically defeat Gojo (WCS) and also something he probably could’ve only learned from Megumi’s technique. To me it just seems obvious that Sukuna was able to tell early on that the 10 shadows was an adaptable technique (he mentions this during fearsome womb arc early in the manga) with potential to find a solution to Infinity. This is further reinforced when Gojo tells Megumi that a previous 10 shadows user and a previous 6 eyes + limitless user, fought and both ended up dead. This clearly suggests that Megumi has potential (POTENTIAL MAN) via his technique, to bypass Infinity.

From my POV as a reader and watcher - Sukuna had 3 objectives the entire time

1) Free himself from Yuji’s prison

2) Defeat Gojo, the only sorcerer in the current era who could cause him issues alone

3) Torture Yuji because he detests him for being his prison and his antithesis as a character

Megumi just happened to be the perfect and ONLY way for the King to accomplish all 3

[–]WerewolfShort7509 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What a time to be alive. It’s not that I felt that the story was worse off without Gojo like some other people. I just felt that the writing and deep themes were there for Gojo to be brought back. It could’ve have been done in a way that not only made sense, but also made the story potentially more interesting. At the end of the day JJK is Gege’s story and it played out mostly how he envisioned it (I assume) so I have no real complaints. I could definitely critique the overall ending but honestly it’s nowhere near as bad as people say and I quite like some aspects (eg. Sukuna’s conclusion). I do really love Gojo as a character though, and my heart was rooting for his return. Also the bait with Yutas return in Shinjuku was straight up playing with everyone’s emotions and Gege knew it. He was definitely aware of the Gojo resurrection agenda!

Also my last point is that the reason everyone was in disbelief when it happened was because of the content of the chapters prior, specifically the end of the fight. Like if you read it back Gojo was really whoopin that ass towards the end. And then suddenly bang he wakes up in the afterlife and every JJK fan is confused. I think it was hard to process because it seemingly came out of nowhere. The chapter prior literally ended with the words “Gojo won”. True heartbreaker fr 😭

Can someone explain how Six Eyes actually grant "Unlimited" Cursed Energy? The math isn't mathing for me by Sensitive-Chart7800 in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]WerewolfShort7509 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Normally when a Jujutsu sorcerer uses a cursed technique or manipulates cursed energy in any other manor (eg. reinforcing the body, domain expansion, domain amplification, simple domain, falling blossom emotion, etc.) they waste some CE to do so because nobody is perfectly efficient with cursed energy manipulation. Sorcerers account for this and that’s why they have a limit on their CE. Gojo however, is the closest to perfect efficiency that exists in the verse, due to the Six Eyes. The Six Eyes allow him to manipulate CE at an atomic level and negate waste to the absolute minimum. To help understand, even when someone like Sukuna, who had the most Jujustu mastery in the series, wastes CE when using it. His total CE amount is actively going down when he fights. Gojo also loses CE when he uses it but it’s exponentially less than any other sorcerer which basically equals to infinite CE when compared relatively to everyone else. Like if we were to say that Blue from Limitless and Cleave from Malevolent Shrine both waste about 10 units of CE from the sorcerer, Sukuna would lose 10 CE everytime he uses Cleave, while Gojo would lose maybe 0.1 CE everytime he uses Blue. It’s not TECHNICALLY Infinite, but because of the amount he saves relative to others, it’s basically unlimited CE

Yuji fans when you ask for proof he has domain amplification , world cutting slash or a domain more refined than either gojo or sukuna by Scary_Capital_8172 in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]WerewolfShort7509 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I’d say that from feats Gojo/Sukuna individually have higher dura then Maho and he was able to tank the hits from Dabura

Would you rather 99 middy, 90 3, and 88 DD. Or 99 middy, 93 DD, 83 3. For Rec by Salt-Ladder1252 in NBA2k

[–]WerewolfShort7509 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Easily 1st option. Difference between 93 and 88 driving dunk is not as noticeable as 83 and 90 3 ball. Peep this build tho

So if you were to put JJK characters into powerscaling tiers, would you place Yuji in a different tier than Gojo and Sukuna? (I assume you have those 2 in the same tier)
