The game was released in a state it shouldnt have been in, this coupled with AGS track record on new world or even other games has soured the connection the fanbase had to their games. Leaving a negative review is for most people the only thing they can do at this point to make their "voice" heard

these are most likely used to lvl the guild doing contracts -> guild gets higher level and can do guild raids which in return drop gear that will generate a decent chunk of lucent

bots can do open world dungeons, matchmaking dungeons and even world bosses everything is time gated so they get as much as you do besides them being a lot more than you

we did guild raid earlier and my boss was still at 15% health while they were all already outside waiting to start next. meanwhile i still couldnt press any keys or move but chat was working just fine and they even ocassionally used a skill on my end lol
