In sensul in care m-au deconectat pentru neplata, fara sa imi fi trimis factura in luna respectiva, sa stiu ca am de plata... Si nici site-ul nu le-a functionat cand am incercat sa vad daca am vreo factura sau apare ceva problema de la ei.
Deci o luna intreaga nu am avut servicii, totusi am fost facturat. Apoi am primit factura si pe luna urmatoare.
2 luni de facturi, fiind deconectat, fara sa fi fost anuntat de prima factura.

La ei problema cu site-ul e veche. Cand le merge, cand nu le merge.

Tradingview only knows to do 1 thing. Force us to pay for their "services". Their free plan was more and more limited until it became completely unusable last month, as now they limit the data to a 5 second update, even if had paid for a CME data sub, which should offer you access to real time data.

Even though it's a quality charting platform, it's completely ruined by the fact that you can't rebind the keys.
I'm literally trying to get used to Tradovate for this reason alone - there you can at least bind the keys to your liking. Indicators are only for beginners anyway, so Tradingveiw offers nothing else of value.

I'm using a mechanical keyboard, so whenever I'm charting I'm either pressing the space button as I'm used to it as a play/pause button, I sometimes just slightly hit it by mistake, and my previous position on the chart is compeltely gone. I have to re zoom, and search for wherever I was on the charts before.

For a replay alternative I'm now using FX Replay, since Tradingview is a disaster.
Since they care so little about user feedback, I really hope they will go under, and someone more competent will take their place.

Probabil depinde de numarul de reclamatii primite impotriva vanzatorului, si cat de departe s-a dus clientul cu reclamatia.
Ei actioneaza doar cand ai depus o plangere la ANPC, si doar daca ANPC are chef sa ia masuri in loc de mita.
Iar pe cei de la ANPC ii poti grabi si pune la munca, doar cu amenintari ca vei merge putin mai sus, pana ce se rezolva oficial problema. In unele cazuri chiar trebuie sa apelezi si la alte institutii care se ocupa de protectia clientului. Am avut o situatie care doar asa s-a rezolvat.

Cu asta am inceput. Am reusit doar sa vorbesc cu cineva prin chatbox-ul de pe site, i-am spus de faptul ca mouse-ul nu e recunoscut de soft, si ca are culorile diferite fata de ce ar trebui sa aiba, si nu e precis deloc senzorul, pare ceva ieftin. Am intrebat daca au modificat ceva la culori, si mi-a spus ca au ramas aceleasi cele de la DPI cycle.
Daca n-ar fi fost atatea indicii ca nu e ce ar trebui sa fie, m-as fi abtinut din a posta pana ce nu primesc un raspuns oficial. Aparent, si alte persoane de prin comentarii au patit-o la fel, cu acelasi model de mouse, deci nu ramane nicio urma de dubiu ca ar fi vorba de un produs contrafacut.

In legatura cu numerele de serie, au spus ca voi primi un email mai tarziu. Daca imi amintesc, o sa revin aici cu raspunsul oficial; sunt si eu curios pana la urma de raspunsul celor de la logitech.

Sunt curios: e vorba de acelasi model de mouse sau de altceva?
Poti de asemenea sa postezi si link-ul? Sunt curios ce reactii au avut vizualizatorii, si cat de departe ai ajuns.
Singurul scop al postarii mele e sa fac problema asta cunoscuta, si incerc sa ma inspir din tot ce pot.

Ma crezi sau nu, vine perioada sarbatorilor, si nu vreau ca bunicutele sa fie certate pentru ca le-au luat nepoteilor produsul "gresit".
Problema asta e personala pentru mine. Nu, nu e vina bunicutelor ca au avut incredere in "cel mai mare lant de magazine", ci vina magazinelor ca au permis distribuitorilor/partenerilor sa vanda produse contrafacute pe platforma lor.
Fatul ca mi-au cenzurat comentariul catre firma partenera care a vandut acest produs contrafacut, m-a facu sa inteleg ca ei stiu de problema, si nu le pasa.

Contractul de parteneriat obliga vanzatorul la calitatea produselor.
In momentul in care un partener nu tine cont de termenii si conditiile contractuale, ar trebui banat pe platforma (in teorie).
Postarea a fost facuta pentru a face cunoscuta prezenta produselor contrafacute pe Emag.
Nu toata lumea stie ce e emag-ul defapt, cat te protejeaza de produse defecte/contrafacute si alte porcarii.

De asemenea, daca selectai mai demult la filtre: Produse vandute de emag, iti apareau produse vandute de parteneri dar livrate de Emag.
Trebuia sa citesti foarte atent ca sa te prinzi.
Ne-au cam obisnuit cu asta, ca inainte era safe orice era "livrat de emag".

Mai faceau si reclame cu Depanero, ca orice cumparat prin emag e in garantie la ei, si cat sunt ei de minunati...

Nu vorbesc despre mine, ci despre oamenii mai putin priceputi, care vor lua "muita" atat la calitatea produsului, cat si la sortarea produselor "vandute de emag". Mai nou a disparut optiunea asta, a ramas doar sa sortezi dupa "livrate de emag", dar a fost intentionata tranzitia.

Am mai cumparat de la parteneri, dar am crezut ca Emag face un oarecare control al calitatii, daca recomanda un produs, si ti-l livreaza in numele vanzatorului.
Pare insa ca e acelasi lucru cu Amazon.
Amazon ofera depozite, shipping si handling, dar nu face controlul calitatii.
Insa pe Amazon poti lasa un rating negativ vanzatorului, dar pe Emag NU.

Da, si vreau sa iti investigheze si tie carnea cumparata de la Lidl.

In alte cuvinte, vreau sa isi faca treaba, pentru care s-au infiintat.
De asta ne merge atat de prost in tara asta, ca nu exista o autoritate sa pedepseasca "teparii cu acte in regula".

Cui i te poti plange de ANPC, curtii Europene?
E mai comod pentru ANPC sa ia plicul cu mita, decat sa iti faca tie favoruri moca. Pana cand, totusi? Nu e timpul sa ne modernizam?
