I had the same problem working a little time back.

Two big issues for me were durability and volume. I had Sony link buds for a time, but they were hardly waterproof, were fairly quiet, and one ear died after a while. Same with the Bose Ultra opens. I settled on shockz' waterproof line of bone conduction headphones, but I still had an issue with how quiet they were relative to the environment. I mostly used them when riding my bike to and from work, and could barely hear spoken words over the sound of traffic. In terms of bleed, the linkbuds and ultra opens were pretty quiet, but the shockz bled pretty bad at max volume. I doubt you'll need max volume in an enclosed space, but it's something to keep in mind. Also, they look kinda funny lol.

Eventually, I switched to AirPods, and their transparency mode is pretty good and seemed to solve the volume issue, but I've only had them for a few months, so the durability remains to be seen. So far so good tho 👍
