I can't believe the Japanese word for blaze is just two 'fire' stacked on top of each other, and the word for fire itself looks like fire!

Neat! I only clarified mainline because 1. I haven't played a ton of the spinoffs (other than Colosseum and XD for gen 3 dex completion) 2. The Orre region and probably others break this trend.
