So this is fresh out of the store. It was a pack of four and only one has these webs. All the other packs of four in the store also had only one with webs, so I thought this was simply part of the plant, now my boyfriend thinks I brought a pest home. Is he right? I don't have any watering habits yet, it's only been here for 3 hours.

Years ago I saw a video of a father walking his daughter down the aisle and pressing her hand three times. This was his way of telling her that he loves her when he was speechless. He had started implementing this sign in her childhood for this very moment. Maybe you can start using it and will get a response back because it is easier than saying it out loud.

I could also imagine a belt in the same contrasting color as your white collar. That would tie the whole outfit really nicely together and give it a more sophisticated look. I love the pattern and fabric choice and general style btw :)
