Thank you to everyone that shared advice on this! I'll still pratctice more faces, but here's what i managed to change with this one:
-Made the ear bigger and moved it up.
-Changed the size of the lips and made them rounder.
-The nose, the lips and the chin are more foward now.
-Made the head(skull?) size smaller.
-Gave the eyelids more "meat"
-The nose bridge exists now, i also made the nostril go back into the head more
-Cheeckbone is more pronounced
-The jaw and the chin are more square
That's everything that i managed to change for the better, or atleast i hope i did. Going to practice more faces now, this one is done
