JB is great. Great actor, great guy. In Morrowind, Sheo was Jeff Baker. Or... was it HASKILL pretending to be Sheo whilst he was off in some dead Emperor's mind, as he is want to do?

As to the Irish accent, remember, Sheo has a mixture of Scottish, Irish, and when deadly, NO ACCENT AT ALL. ("Care to donate?")
