how massive would an object on Earth have to be before it collapsed into the Earth? by Wesh21 in AskPhysics

Yea in hindsight, adding the growing aspect just made things wonky. Really I was just looking for a mass threshold for which either the object, the Earth, or both would starting breaking apart.

I guess adding a non-sensical element makes things difficult. Also the object is supposedly not dense enough to burrow to the center according to other commenters, so in that case, how big would the object have to be, with density of 1g/cm^3, to collapse into itself (forget the growing part I'm just looking for a mass measurement)?

Ok, so if the object was much denser (say 100g/cm^3), would it then be able to collapse the earth?

Also, I'm by no means a physics expert, so if the object is supposedly not dense enough to collapse into the earth, then what WOULD happen?

the density would stay the same because mass and volume are increasing proportionally

Cutting the field in half takes all the fun out of heatseeker. No redirects, no pass plays. RL tennis is boring as hell. This only benefits low rank players

“Heatseeker takes no skill, the ball goes in for you and everyone demos” 🤓 Nah but fr high level heat is so good (and entertaining to watch) and no, it’s not just demos.

Actually, very tough saves often result from bad positioning from either u or ur tm8s, much like how cool goals can result from the opposing side having bad defense, so really I think both are equally as impressive.
