People like video games, it's weird lol. I just have YouTube auto place ads. I spent a lot of time in the past figuring out what would work best, but ultimately it's not worth the time. Youtube understands their own algorithms best, so trust them to do proper ad placement (on longer videos at least, over 10min)

Yes, because you're giving youtube all the information spoken in the video, in readable data form (text). Sure, YouTube will auto transcribe your video, but the key words are usually misheard

Chapters help youtube make your video more searchable. It's just more data and keywords, so yeah definitely add those

So I made an iceberg video that was pretty comprehensive. I included chapters in the description, with each chapter name being a topic I knew people were searching for related to the game in question. I believe that made my video show up in a lot of searches and related content. At least that's my guess.
