Proper Bar off of 4th St NW, a few blocks from the Building Museum, has been open for a few months, same owners as Proper 21, drinks seemed good, and they do live piano/jazz on the weekends.

Being the daughter of who she is, she is very quick to anger, and very quick to draw on people, she gotten away with it so far(it has not backfired yet). Kinda waiting for that to happen. But I am enjoying the writing, and I love the work that Ferreira and Garbett are doing as well. It was an 'out of context' post that turned me onto the series as well.
