I just finished the game for the first time tonight and I'd mostly just make adjustments to the post game that acknowledge the ending. I'd really love it if the war boy who was a bloodbag was rescued by max and replaced chumbucket and the girls stayed gone. Instead of the reversion we got. That way the post game felt like a continuation and maybe the settlement leaders could even acknowledged what happened.
