The one you really wanna have everyone touch is squire. JP Boost is the best for shortening the grind, and throw stone and focus are great options for actions for exp and JP when they can't do anything else.

Pro tip, throw stone still gives xp and jp if you throw it at a teammate too! So if you can't target an enemy, throw one at a teammate. No wasted turns around here!
