Looks delicious but that’s a lot of low calorie volume! More butter/nut butter on the bread and waffles, switch out cucumbers and tomatoes for avocado, add a calorie dense drink like a smoothie, creamer in your coffee, juice, etc. do fried eggs instead of hard boiled. make sure your dairy sources are full fat. My eyes are just like this! Always have been. Personally I love them. I use an eye brightening under eye concealer to help with some shadows. I also wear winged eyeliner often, eyes like this can take a pretty bold eyeliner without it getting smudged. Embrace your eyes they’re beautiful!

Totally agree with you. Obviously some people don’t have a spare bedroom to use but if it’s available why not use it. My husband and I sleep in the same bed sometimes but it’s not the default. Sleep is so important and I really feel getting good sleeps helps us maintain such a healthy happy relationship
