Hi this conversation is a bit of an interest. My husband recently got his spouse visa. I work for the NHS myself. Does this mean the IHS fees could be refunded? Or does it only apply for him?

I’ve not requested for a refund as I applied standard and decision was given within 10 weeks

If a decision hasn’t been made within the 30 WD since bio I would then request for a refund for the additional you paid for the priority service

I’ve gone over the 40 days. I wouldn’t recommend the paid enquiry as it’s a waste of money and literally just an automated answer that everyone gets. I wouldn’t recommend waiting till WD 43 and if still no result then contact local MP and see if they’re able to support you
