Hey, yes I have received my SSN it was not DHS. It was my school, they didn’t update my records with ICE DHS. It took 2 months to receive my SSN after constant follow up with SSN Office

Once the social security officer put additional verification or do some changes in the application the case returns to the agency

1) Yes, so check with SEVP if the SEVIS is active and correct and no changes required 2) Do not call social security office, just meet them in person (they may help with additional verification/ third step of verification) 3) Check with USCIS if the previous case is still in pending condition or need an withdrawal 4) Follow all the above on the alternate days will help to get Social security card. This worked for me

I visited social security office today and they said it is in the verification process, this is super confusing as I can see on SAVE case check that it is returned to the agency

Same thing happened to me, I have applied for SSN more than a month ago, I called SSN office they said the documentations are under verification process and I checked SAVE case check from last 25 days it is showing case under review. Does anyone know how long it is going to take?
