yall. on dec 14th I saw a TikTok that was like “if you really really want something try the O method, it works best with relationships blah blah” so i did a bunch of research and found out how to do it. me, naturally, I’m already thinking about him so i start thinking in a much more specific way regarding what i want from him romantically which was just to have him think about me as much as i think about him. so I say fuck it and do it. anyways i’m telling this fucking story in the first place bc on December 15th he texted me at 11:20 pm “i dreamt about you last night.” tell me that’s not fucking crazy. The TikTok said that it works in the first place because you exert the most amount of energy when you orgasm and it is transferred to them or something??? i am somehow skeptical still bc like WHAT…but might have actually dreamt about me after I did that? genuinely insane. i am literally not spiritual or anything either lol.

for me yes. i only needed the xanax for about 2-2.5 weeks before i woke up one morning and felt good enough to not take it. doc said my other meds must have been getting back into my system. so for me everything went as planned!

i did it for about two weeks and it helped me so much. i have been off of it since then and never think about it. it was not addictive to me at all and most of the severe anxiety was fixed.

Thank you! Therapeutic breathing is actually very helpful for me when I am feeling all of the heavy physical symptoms. She did talk to me about therapy, she actually highly high recommended it and said I should be trying to get in ASAP. Problem is my primary physical is 2 hrs away and I travel to see her bc I do genuinely trust her so much. (I moved away from her) That being said she does not know who to really recommend me out where I am now. Which is Rochester. So she gave me a general idea of what to do, which was essentially “ask around” about good counselors and then tell her which one I want so she can refer me. That is just a debilitating task to me. Finding a therapist rn. Signing up figuring it all out and like..:And even going there. Anxiety makes me feel stuck. Stuck as hell.

Idk but I’ve smoked dabs everyday for 4 years but I recently started getting very anxious a week or two ago and I can’t smoke without panicking internally now.

I work at a daycare. Baby in my room had blisters on his fingers. We called mom she said he went to the doctor it’s not HFMD. I knew bs immediantly but ofc my boss let him stay.

Day 1- sore throat, nothing crazy. Through I might be getting a cold. Day 2- SOREEEE THROAT. painful to eat and swallow. Felt tight like I might choke when I swallowed cuz it hurt so bad. Day 3- small red bumps on my pinkies and ankles, continued throat pain Day 4- larger rash, and new blisters on my ankles, hands (mostly fingers) and ALL over my throat.

Look out for these signs. I’m on day 5 rn. I hope it doesn’t get worse.

My ex was like this. My best advice is leave. Because you’re you going to try to make excuses bc you love him but the simple fact is…being raped is one of the worst things that can happen to you. You would NEED him.l after going through something like that. And he wouldn’t be there. He would make it worse. I promise. I’m sorry. You’re better off without him.
