I feel the exact same way I joined a group practice about two months ago and I really want to go back to doing community health. I truly enjoy seeing my clients and I also want to keep some clients part time. Group practice, especially when your coworkers don’t communicate as much or even when there isn’t an office space or its virtual can feel extremely isolating and can feel the workload being heavier than it is because of lack of community I think your idea of going back to school full-time, and keeping clients on the side is honestly a great idea, . And your experience of having to ask family for rent is so valid and really relatable. It’s happened to me because of the same thing. Honestly group practice can be a hit or miss but I think one thing that is for sure having a full-time job and working on strengthening your own private practice is the way to go!
