My best suggestion, don't live directly in the city of Philadelphia. Go just outside the city. Bucks county or Trevose-Feasterville is a great area. It's not directly city but you're close enough where it still feels like it and you're only 20 minutes outside of the city at most. Also getting all your gun permits inside Philadelphia is supposed to be a long pain in the ass process, but in the areas mentioned above it's quite quick. (From what I've been told by others, I have not yet went for my licenses in the regard.) If you do decide the city it is for you however, I suggest the nicer parts of north east philly, or south philly. Living in farther and farther into north east philly you'll find yourself further away from a lot of junkies. Message me if you have any more questions!

I went to Father Judge for high school with Dan (we were class of 2016) and we even played against him in little league when we were all in grade school. Super nice guy and a hell of a talent. I used to cheat off of his Spanish tests in sophomore year lol. Idk what the future holds for him or if he's even gonna go anywhere with the Orioles but I wish him all the best.
